For several years I had two dreams, to succeed in one was to winter somewhere warm the other was to build a hobby business. So with planning and determination I am succeeding in my goals.I must say the transition to living and spending our first Christmas in Spain has gone smoother than I expected. There were minor hiccups along the way, like no electricity for the first 4 days of our move. Luckily there was a brilliant street light outside the property which illuminated outside and inside the house, together with a few candles. Cold showers were a bit of a nightmare but the weather was warm and sunny.Yes and now at the end of December the sun continues to shine virtually every day; hours ofwarm brilliant sunshine and blue skies with a temperature of 18-20 degrees.We are exploring beautiful isolated coves and deserted beaches, sleepy towns with parks and pretty squares. Making friends and learning a smattering of Spanish; early days yet! Learning what supermarkets stock by scrutinizing the packaging earnestly. Drinking coffee, vino, or beer at the street cafe's and bars. Tasting the food, and exploring the harbours and huge markets.The street markets beat anything I have seen in England. The streets are closed off, even what appears to be major roads. Stalls are arranged in lines for miles; spilling into any small street or squares along the way. In our area there are 3 of these huge markets a weekDozens of stalls are laden with fruit and vegetables, there are alsoclothesstalls with jumbled piles of clothing selling at 1 or 2 Euros, however anyone makes a living I don't know. Thenneatly arranged clothing hanging in rows; kitchenware, buttons belts scarves you name it they are all on display! Everything you could think of, they are all there in triplicate! Crowds compete for space jostling with shopping-trolleys, baby buggies, or standing chatting to friends, certainly quite an experience!Affiliate Marketing is the method I chose to build my hobby business, because I could earn as I learnt the techniques of building an online business. It doesn't happen overnight, but it is a fascinating hobby you can turn into a business. A mentor or coach makes learning much easier as you follow a tried and tested path. Products are provided, some training and tools too. To find your affiliate program search Google there are programs in most niches. Or look at magazines and book-stores for ideas.So whatever your dream, plan to make it a reality, the adventure is worth it. Don't let your dreams wither and die, and then live with regrets.You too could build a hobby business and work from a laptop anywhere you wish.
