Sim Nala project, near Ghotki Teshil Obaro, which was under construction of irrigation department, has fallen prey to nepotism, delays tactics and misappropriation.According to irrigation department's sources the project of Sim Nala despite of a long time passed has not been completed which was launched at a cost of Rs 100 million at remote areas Dodo Bhutto of Obaro.The inordinate delay in the completion of this project was causing an increase in project costs besides a huge financial blow to the national exchequer.Sources said that more than Rs 10 million had already under combined conspiracy been paid to constructors while areas was under in water logging and salinity.The project contract was given to a relative of senior clerk of Director Irrigation Office in which a clerk of irrigation department and an officer are sharing partners in contract.The former of Dodoho Bhutto's areas Abdul Sattar Bhutto, Abdul Khaliq Bhotto and Qadir Bhutto demanded the high ups to probe into the matter of misappropriations and nepotism and the project should be completed as soon as possible that to get rid from water logging and salinity.News SourceNews Collated byPAKISSAN.comCourtesy Business Recorder
